Cancellation & Refund policy

In this cancellation Policy “Yarave.com” and “we” refer Devbhoomi Creations Private Limited, a corporation organised under the Companies Act; with its registered office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and all its designated agents, employees and subsidiaries within the Indian Constituency. “Yarave Platform” (which includes any of  websites and mobile applications. By making a booking or reservation request through Yarave, the user (“User”)  accepts and agrees to the refund and cancellation policy of Yarave and to any additional terms and conditions that maybe be relevant and may apply to your booking included services rendered or products offered. Yarave reserves the right to change these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) of the policy from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. MODE OF CANCELLATION 

Users must make every reasonable effort to cancel any appointments that they will be unable to honour

  1. User may cancel your appointment via the Yarave.com website or mobile application by pressing “cancel” button provided along the appointment history on Yarave platform.
  2. User may request cancellation by calling the SMB (Small and Medium Businesses / vendor) directly. Cancellation of appointment will be done in accordance with the SMB’s cancellation policy, which will be disclosed at the time the appointment is made. The cancellation will be accepted upon verification from Yarave. User will receive a cancellation message from Yarave platform.
  3. No cancellation shall be accepted over email, call or communicated using any other mean. 

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

 

  1. IN CASE OF TIMED OR DATED APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONS, the following conditions shall apply in case of cancellation:
    1. Yarave offers cancellation Four (4) hours prior to the time of appointment. Cancellation will be processed in accordance with the SMB’s cancellation policy, which will be disclosed at the time the appointment is made.
    2. Some SMB’s offer 1 day, 12 hours or 6 hours cancellation policy, the specific cancellation policy is stated on the booking confirmation page. 
    3. Amendments / Cancellation within four (4) hours is not permitted, however, it shall be at the discretion of the SMB to accommodate such requests. Such requests are required to be made directly to the concerned SMB. 

 

  1. For Yarave Vouchers and Deal Coupons, Gift Cards (“Coupons / Cards”), Yarave does not offer any cancellation. No Amount will be refunded once a gift card is purchased. Vouchers, Deal Coupons and Gift cards offered and sold by SMB on Yarave are subject to SMB’s terms and conditions and SMB may not accept any refunds. Please refer the terms and conditions on the SMB’s page prior to purchase. 
  2. A Coupon / Card cannot be refunded once redeemed or purchased.
  3. No-show appointments for online payments are non-refundable. 
  4. Handling charges/ Convenience fees, if applicable shall not be refundable under any circumstances. 
  5. Any other offers/ special offers as may be prescribed shall not be eligible for cancellation, refund or amendments. Please note that it is not possible to cancel a reservation made on a special promotional offer. Online bookings on discounted rates for promotional offers are Non-Cancellable/ Non-Changeable and Non-Refundable.  
  6. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/ debit cards, or charges concerning insufficient funds are at customer’s own risk and account, and thus will not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the Yarave agrees or allows otherwise under its payment and cancellation policy. 
  7. Should the cancellation not be made accordingly, Yarave shall not to be held responsible for eventual penalties charged to the credit card. 
  8. On cancellation, the money will be credited to the same account used while making the booking. For example, if a credit card was used, the appropriate charge reversal will be made. If a debit card was used, the money will be credited back to the debit card. 

The refund will be processed within two (2) weeks. Depending on the bank, the refund may take slightly longer to reflect in the account statement. Usually this may take about 5-10 working days or more for refunds to reflect their respective accounts.

 

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

 

All disputes arising out of this Program shall be referred to arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force. The arbitration shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who is on the panel of the Indian Merchant Chamber. The venue of Arbitration will be Mumbai and the language of the proceedings shall be English.  

 

 

GOVERNING LAWS AND JURISDICTION

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
